My turn signal indicators flash backwards sometimes when the car interior gets hot. The left one flashes when I'm turning right and vice versa. The actual turn signals work correctly when this occurs.

Any thoughts?

I would look at cluster and connector, seems like a ground or feedback problem

Try reground the cluster with a separate harness- these clusters are notorious for having bad grounds. Just a wire and a couple of "eye" connectors

I ordered all the stuff I need to repair my digital dash problems and I'll have an opportunity to chase down the grounds then. Thanks
