Default 92 4L60 wiring

May sound stupid but does a 92 with a 4L60 have a wiring harness on the valve body?

I was changing my filter and was surprised to see a wiring harness. Thought the electronic control started with the 4L60E

Yes it does and a '92 might likely have had a 5 pin round connector for the pass-through to the harness.

While the 92 does not have shift solenoids, it does have the lockup solenoid and pressure, temp switches that need to be electrically controlled.

thanks, I was a bit surprised to see wiring, but the last GM tranny I had apart was a TH350 I was putting in a 54 Belair.
