Default Port and Polish heads

Hello, Love Ur site on here! This popped up, so I thought I would try it out. Haven't searched allot, yet, but will be during project. Anyway, have a 92 standard c4 corvette, and trying to get 400+hp, or close. The machine shop is helping me along with their vendors; cam, bored .030, fuel, ign, exhaust sys upgrades, etc.... Is there a better intake for lt1, or should I just replace throttle body with 52mm and bigger injectors-lbs. Or, should I look for some better heads for a thousand bucks or less? Any links would be nice as well.
Thank you for your consideration!

Your TB is good up to 400 HP. I would not recommend going to a bigger injector. Your tune can probably compensate if more fuel is needed.

Stock heads are not the best, but not bad. Porting would help.

The exhaust system is not bad either.

Your cam and tune will be the biggest power adder.
