Are you testing voltage using the on-off switch, or meter?
It is common for the pump diaphragms to rupture which jams the
pump mechanism prohibiting movement. If that is the problem,
it is an easy fix using an old bicycle inner tube to make a new diaphragm.
Are you trying to activate the bolsters using the switch located on the front of the seat? If so, and there is no response, remove the seat cushion, and
check for corrosion in the switch. Clean, if necessary.
