Default Estimated time to complete manifold leak fix or lifter change?

You guys helped me narrow down a tapping ticking noise in my C4 to an exhaust manifold leak or bad lifter.

Could you guys tell me how much labor time each of those would take? I have to take the car to a shop since I'm not mechanically inclined. its a stock LT1. I know the shop will overestimate the time a bit but would like an idea. Thank you very much!

Bump for humpday

I'm also wondering if I should avoid any driving in the meantime? Besides the camshaft wearing down faster, are there any big problems from a damaged lifter? What about an exhaust manifold leak? Thanks
