Hard to shift out of park Brake interlock solenoid already removed, what now?
I've had trouble shifting out of park. The threads I found recommended removal of the brake interlock solenoid. I opened up the console and the BIS was already gone in my 91 automatic. So much for the simple solution. What should I do next?

I finally dug out my 91 FSM In section 7A-9 figure 5, I discovered that the 91 C4 didn't have the BIS.
