Will an 1987 solid targa top fit a 1995 corvette?
Will a targa top off of a 1987 corvette fit my 1995 corvette?The reason
I am asking is that a buddy of mine has a left over top from his 1987 and
I was thinking of getting it painted to match my car if it will fit.

I think the mounts changed in 89. I think the way the tops goes is something like:
84-86E
86L-88
89-96
Not 100% sure, but I am certain a top from an 87 wont fit a 95. I think they make kits to retrofit a newer top to an older car, but not the other way around.

Like VetteNoob stated, you'll have to change the brackets on the windshield frame. Or you could just get your buddy to sell the top to me! ;)

Since it won't work for my car,I will get the top and give you first shot at
it.It is black and needs to be painted.I will IM you when I get my hands on it!
