Re: muffler eliminators tips?? (Corvellium88)
I got the ones from Mid-Am and had them installed at a muffler shop for $50. The installer said they stuck out way too far (I was having lunch elsewhere at the time so he couldn't ask what I thought) so he shortened the tube and this is where they are now. I thought they stuck out too far the way he installed them but because they stick out a bit, maybe that's why I have no resonates when it seems to be a prob for everyone else. I have the stock cats however. See my sig.

I bought the 3" inlet/dual 3" tipped resonated Hooker tips. The packing helps mellow out the tone. I think it sounds great without mufflers (cats and resonator still in place). After 2 years they've held up quite well. And the "Hooker" tape peels right off for a clean look.
