[96] What causes "change oil" light to come on?
After cruising for a while last night my "change oil" light came on. It remained on after starting the car again later. I was thinking WTF as it was just changed about 1 month or 200 miles ago. It has always been changed regularly, and have always used mobile 1. :confused:

when you change the oil, the light does not automatically reset. It runs using different factors and determines when you should change you're oil :smash:
There is a simple procedure for reseting it, just look in your owners manual. :yesnod:

Rougly 7500 miles without being reset will cause it to come on.
