Default Specific RPM engine hesitation

I recently replaced a thing or two in my car and now have it running ok. One of the things was the fuse that read ECM something or other. It was a 10 fuse.

During slow acceleration, half the time it would stumble at 1900 RPM's in just about any gear. With the fuse replaced, it doesn't seem to have that problem anymore.

Any ideas as to what caused it before, could it have been the ECM fuse?
