They'll bolt up, but the EGR passages in the intake manifold and cylinder heads are different between the aluminum and iron heads are different. When you pull your intake manifold off, you should notice a passage that runs across the manifold between the front set of runners are rear set on each side of the motor. The iron heads have matching passages, but the aluminum heads do not. If you're not concerned about the slight degradation in your emissions system, I'd go for it.

I would have them ported for the 383, and the valvetrain upgraded for the cam you have in it.
There shouldnt be any other problems besides EGR.

I have them on my 85. You'll need a thicker head gasket than stock because the 113 heads have a smaller volume. My compression is 10.5-10.6:1.
