I just finished installing my 406 in my 90 convertible, my mods are edelbrock rpm heads,ported and flowed, decent cam, 1.65 roller rockers, long tube headers, x- pipe no cats, 58 mm throttle body, 36 lb injectors,slp runners,ported intake, high voltage coil, no air pump or a/c, custom prom done by fast chip, ed wright. I put the car on a dyno jet and the numbers were 290 rwhp and 409 rwtorque. I thought it was going to be a lot more, what is your opinion? Is it not tuned right? thanks to all. 10:1 compression.
