this is the spring comp cam told me to use for an xr276hr cam so i dont have to machine my heads for larger spring. has anyone used this spring and will it work?can i use a different spring?

When I installed RRs I installed CC #981 springs with a stock OD of 1.250".
I'm sure that beehive spring will fit the spring seats.
With that .510"/.520" lift (the XR276HR-10) you could also use the TPIS #700-132 spring (fits stock L98 spring seats) that they recommend for the ZZ-9 cam.

I used the CC 26915-16. I'm not sure what the difference is, but they are also described as "performance LS1 valve springs". They are also the beehive shaped springs. They fit fine on my car with the stock heads and Pro Magnum 1.6 RRs.
