Low Coolant lights comes on, goes off. Comes on. Goes off. The radiator is full to the brim. Why is it doing this?

What's the level in the expansion tank? Even though the radiator appears full, things can change once you put the cap back on and start it. If that's NOT the case, it could be a faulty sending unit.

Try burping the system a few times....Take off the rad cap and let the car get up to thermostat opening temperature...usually around 195 degrees for a stock car....you will see the the coolant drop in the radiator, fill it up to the brim again, let it flow for about 30 more seconds, then with one hand on the throttle open it up a bit more and when the coolant goes down a little more in the radiator fill it up with the other hand put the lid on the radiator tight and then let off the throttle with your other hand.

I hate it when that happens!

Mine is grounded to the frame and the lite STILL COMES ON!!!

Pull the darn light! Just remember to always check the water like you do the oil...
