Striking out locating C5 anti-rattle clips for C5 front brake conversion
Where did ya'll find these cursed little parts?? Supposedly, they only come with Delco pads, but I ordered Hawk . I can order 2 front brake hardware kits from NAPA that have them, but at $19 each, that seems a bit steep if I only need 6 clips. Any help would be appreciated!

I think they can be ordered separately from GM and otherplaces. I ordered them, but can't remeber where. I have a spare set of front hardware

OK, figured it out. Chris at Superior Chevy found them -- part number 18039816 Hardware Kit, comes with clips and washers. 2 needed per car. $13.99 each. Kinda steep, but that is the only way to get them w/o buying Delco pads. I tild him to add them to the C5 brakes webpage on their site.

Hmmm. My dealer didn't seem to have them available outside of a pad kit. I bought Hawk pads too - no clips. I found a kit a my local auto store (Murray's - common in MI, not sure if they are a national chain). The kit is made by Carlson. I have two numbers: H5634 or 703-7080. One of those is probably the Murray's p/n and one might be the Carlson #. $21, and it did both calipers. It also included the guide pin rubber boots, which I had already purchased from Superior, and grease for the pins.
