Ive never built an engine before so i am interested in learning,so far i have matched set of pistons,rods and liners with 47,000 miles on and over time and when i can afford i plan to put together a full size working model for display in house,its such a pretty engine its a work of art to me and something real pleasing to the eye to have around the house,i have the other short block ime going to learn off set up in the garage to help.

I'm right behind ya'! Already have one sbc behind the couch, and an LT5 arriving next week! Ah, the single life

You need a drip pan for that engine stand, especially if your building it in your house.

Check out this thread, I like doing final assemblies on my couch in my office.
