560rwhp from cam and headers!?
Have you guys seen the LS7 vid in C5 FI?
That is seriously one badazz motor.
560rwhp with stg 3 cam and kooks headers.
Then they hit it with a 150 shot...after spinning for a second it rocked the dyno at 700rwhp....oh yea..they don't have tuning software yet either.

video is really well done and the performance of the LS7 is amazing.
only thing that sounds funny is the "blatty" idle, nothing a better exhaust wouldn't fix.
when the nitrous is hit that car really jumps and hunts around on the dyno. a bit of "dyno wheel hop" I believe.
great performance!!! I'm also impressed with the new C6 APS TT kit, looks reasonable and very well made.
thinking about a c6 vert with the auto/paddles and a nice TT.
not as sexy as the Z06, but in the same price range with more zots.

When these guys get the ability to tune these monsters (I believe LPE is the only one right now) they are going to be the most feared car on the streets. Chevy really stepped up to the plate with this car. I didn't think they were going to be getting these numbers for awhile but they are getting them without tuning. Incredibly awesome.

There's no doubt these new Zs are BA, but....
Those #'s seem a little suspect--especially w/o tuning (how in the world does the car idle w/ a 'stage 3' cam on stock tune?)
Don't get me wrong--I'm hoping to get a C6 Z in 12-24 mos, but unless I see one trap 134-135 w/ 560 RW or 145+ on N20, I'm not gonna believe it--for now....

If you wanna hear blatty go ride in a corsa equipped auto C6...when that thing shifts @ WOT it sounds like King Kong shat his pants or something. The worlds biggest fart.
I agree different exhaust might help but I didn't mind the sound...just sounded like a nasty cam to me.
Yea the car definitely jumped, shifted or slid a little when he hit the juice. Just awesome for sure.

Holy crap
With tuning could possibly hit 600rwhp on motor.
600 rwhp + 3100 lbs = 135-137MPH =
Anybody wanna buy a 450rwhp ZR-1

Their stages are nothing like the previous stages from the LS1, these are still relatively small cams.
It's ridiculous. Spend 3,000 on parts and maybe another 1,000 for labor and you get a 100 rwhp increase and it puts you at 540-560.
Stashing my money away!
