Looks great. How does it perform?

Does anyone offer a complete kit that will work with stock wheels?

several do. You can even use the porsche "big red" calipers/after market rotor

See the caliper that Jeff has tied back behind the rotor? Brembos all the way around - ebrake retained!

No, everything is bolt on and off. Nobody will ever know it was on the car.

Is a master cylinder change required for this? Or is it just bolt on the Front kit and everything will work fine togehter?

I noticed that right away. Jeff, I'll take it off your hands those dirty calipers. The C6 Z06 calipers are much cleaner and match that nice plenum. Since I wouldn't need new 18" wheels with those brake-dust covered calipers I will offer you the same amount that those nice shiny calipers run. How about it?

Jeff just got the brackets done this week so the operational issues, if any, have yet to be determined. I know the big brembo kit needs a bigger master to work properly, I think Jeffs came from a late model Camaro. If I had to guess I would think a larger master would be needed for the Z06 brakes as well. For wheels I think the easiest thing to do is to get the new Z06 wheels fitted to a ZR-1. Most likely some small spacers would be necessary. The other issue would be getting the ABS to work with the new wheel diameters, maybe there is a way to alter the computer to allow this. I like the idea of running the Z06 size rims because it also guarantees a good selection of tires for years to come. Hopefully someone will step up to the plate and work this out, otherwise I might not be able to help myself...not another project.

Currently no. I'm getting these done first, the rears next, and then work on a 13" front as that will require the most work.

Hey Jeffy

Nice work! I guess I'll stick with the Wilwoods though.

Thanks for the help the other day. She went on an 18 wheeler and arrived late last night all in one piece.

Another for Exotic Transports out of Orlando.
