Default Hot & nasty....

....up here in metro/NYC! High temps + high humidity + ozone + air pollution! boy oh boy am I having fun yet!

Oh I forgot the brown outs & power failures! It's a good thing that the A/C in my ZR-1 works well!

Cliff:

Was that 90C or 90F?

We're used to the heat on this side of the pond but it rarely gets that hot in foggy 'ol England.
I suspect that not many homes have air conditioning over your way.
And to make matters even worse, you guys drink your beer WARM!

Not driving "Girlfriend" in this heat, besides, there's too many empty beer cans getting in the way...

Tom,

Hehe its rarely foggy in England these days ,that echos back decades ago to the old days of smog but it gets quite hot in the summer and we seem to have a water shortage most summers of late.

The most important thing is keeping the cider cool,i even put the glasses in the fridge this time of year.

Nothing like a freezing cold glass of cider

Ya know..i was thinking about that a couple of days ago...here in the heartland of the U.S.A. Humidity..95...temp. 101..
(Missouri, the show me state)
"Boy...if i can get my shoes unstuck from melting on the pavement here, I sure would like to go inside and get me a cool glass of cider,
yum yum....
LOTUS...put the glue down buddy..take a nice deep breath, and repeat after me...FROSTY COLD BUDWEISER...got ahead say it again...now shout it out...and drive that Z..in 2nd gear all the way to a store buy a big bag of ice...and a case of Budweiser...after about 10 of em you'll be better looking...about 10 feet tall...and really alot cooler
although i must agree in part..to your statement above...
it is cool in cider

Its easy to see the heat is really affecting your sences with some of those ramblings !

Lets see, at 9 am its 88 degrees out here when it is usaully about 70.

Last week I was working in Orange County CA and the high was about 82... The week before I was working in Rancho Mirage by Palm Springs... When I was there it was hitting 111... Yesterday it was 119 and humid... Glad Iam not out there right now !
We need a big storm to blow this weather pattern out and restore that pacific air breeze !

Its been humid here for close to a month...

Where I used to live in Dallas the weather is like that 3-4 months out of the year. Down here in Miami it is hot and humid but I would take a summer down here over one in Dallas, Phoenix or Palm Springs anytime.

Phisics quiz for everyone. Which kind of air is heavier? Humid air or dry air? why? Which one makes more power for our ZR-1's?
