I like the red on black much better than my boring gray, but the darker red is a little less ricey/flashy. Kinda "old school" look.

This Z isn't very damaged. If it is still sitting there....why?

This Z isn't very damaged. If it is still sitting there....why? Copart is a salvage auction, they sell vehicles for insurance companies that they have bought back (totaled). This one will be there until the Sept, 1 auction. THis is a pretty easy fix judgeing from the picture and will probably sell for $8-$10k and probably be put back together, and resale for $15-$18k.

Looks fixable, however...
With a junk/salvage title it's resale value goes south.
Not all that bad if you want a driver, but really really really bad if you want to fix it and turn it.

You will need a dealers license to buy this car, Copart does not fool around.

Never assume that this will sell for less than 10K I have seen a flooded ZR1 that I was attempting to buy from the owner for 8K and he wouldnt sell it to me it went to auction and the salvage place in virginia beach bought it at auction for 18K!

This would be interesting to see I might bid on it myself and see what happens I have parted out 3 of these and I know what sells and at what prices

some will cost more now than they did in the past

the salvage place in virginia beach bought it at auction for 18K!...............One of the reasons I stopped going! But it would be a shame to part this one.

Not really since the crowd that wants a ZR1 wouldnt want to touch a ZR1 with a salvage title even though im sure this one only recived it due to the airbag blowing im pretty sure that frame may be slightly out of wack but thats ok

This one would be a shame to part but in the long run the parts are worth more than the car!

There's a lot of value left in that car, even if not as a driver. I'd like to see Dr Johnny get those donor parts out on the market

Whole running cars in good shape can be worth more in parts.

Yeah, I know, less ZR-1's, more parts..... win/win. But still, I always hated driving that stake through the heart!
