Default Reproduction A molds...

Guys, are nice reproductions available with the correct deep hub in the rear and having the right ZR1 offset? I see tons of ZR1 wheels for Fbody with the deep dish, but cant seem to locate the correct deep hub wheels. thanks

If you're looking for 36mm offset 11 X 17 wheels they're very difficult to find. There are none produced today and for those that have them it's extremely difficult to find replacements. I'd go so far as to say it's easier to find OE/GM original than the after-market reproductions.

Found this on ebay earlier today..

http://www.ebay.com/itm/150849224732...84.m1438.l2649

Offsets look to be correct, and the auction states deeper hubs in the rear. Anyone know, or seen these before??

Bear in mind that reproduction A mold's are much heavier than production wheel's.
I'd go with the production A mold's.

I have a set of polished AFS rears that are correct. Fronts are a little more square than rounded. Where are you located?

Those have a wider machined lip on flange both front and rear, the rear might have a deeper lug pocket BUT I wouldn't consider those as being a "reproduction". Those are purely an "after-market" production that somewhat resembles the 5-spoke used.

I'd just pony up and buy a set of OEM wheels. You won't regret it.

These are not "deep lug." I know .. I've looked for a long time to find some and haven't yet. I have one correct offset (36mm) deep lug (2.75") rear wheel and one incorrect one (50mm offset, 2.25" lug depth). Mine are chrome, so it's harder still finding what I want.

Good luck with the search.

I had some Factory Reproductions on my 85 Vette when I sold it with the deep dish 17X11's. They might still have some around.

I misread the ad. It looked like it was one wheel but on second look it was one set

50mm offset? I really need a 36mm (ZR-1) offset ...
