Final update. After trying everything myself I gave up and towed it to a local Corvette specialist. They found a fuse that supplies power to the coils bad. Replaced the fuse and it fired up but ran terrible. Needs injectors. Makes sense why I never saw "full power" lit up on the dash. At least it is running without the need of a new DIS. I was only able to find one in Germany for $4500 so glad I did not shell that out. Thanks for all the help.

Feel stupid for not checking fuses.

The price list is dated 2001. Jobber price is $4,000 + another $1,000 or so for the cables & such. Pay in advance with 12~14 wks delivery. Too tough for me.

Tyler,
Do you have a harness connector to test a DIS Module without installing under the plenum?

Ha Ha. Story of my life. And do not for a moment think you are the only one who has done this. Hope the new injectors get it back in shape.--Bob

Honestly guys, the ICM AND EXM are very robust. They have to be due to emissions and warranty. They really shouldn't be the first place to look. If motor is stumbling or not running smoothly. So many other things to check first.
