Default warm engine

Hi Guys I just picked up a 1990 zr1 with 12k miles. I will post pics this week. I will have a few questions in the next few weeks that I hope you guys can help me with. I have owned 2 c5's and an 88 35th car. this is my first lt5. One question I have now is after a 25 minute ride yesterday the cars engine was still quite warm after an hour after I got it back in the garage. The car did not seem to run hot on the drive. Is this normal for the lt5? I am in New Hampshire and it was in the 70's yesterday. Any thoughts?

thanks guys that's a bit of relief. I promise to get pictures up by the weekend. And yes I plan on joining the registry as well. The Really think I got a great deal on this car. Its a one owner 12k mile red on red car. paid 15k. The guy had an extensive collection of cars and this was probably the least expensive in the group. I was at the right place at the right time. I think anyway.

For the temp question I really cant remember the temp on the gauge but I do remember not being alarmed as it was probably hovering around the middle of the spectrum

Like I said pics will be coming!

middle of gauge is GREAT, approx 200, open hood after you shut it off if that helps
