Mike is the name of the owner Iam buying it from, lol. The car is from Florida but I think the original owner lived in Ohio??? The present owner Mike bought it with 745 miles from Rodgers Corvettes.
I was VERY surprised when I seen the ad for it in the ZR1 Net Registry that it was not sold since the ad was posted in July.
I could not let this car go,lol Its one of 25 made in Dark purple Met. and one of 15 with black interior. I love this color and Admiral blue of which I had at one time (94)..Kevin

Its # 260

I remember the ad from Rogers for this car.... It's a beauty!!!

There is a member from NH that was interested in that car and called him too late.

Thanks everyone for all your nice comments. Its really funny because about a month ago I thought about getting a 70-72 Corvette and since I had 3 other ZR1s through the years I started looking for them recently.
I really liked DonRs Yellow 95 but it was above(price) what I had in mind aka(what I could afford).
I remembered the ZR1 Net Registry and found my car!!!! I could not believe when the owner wrote me back and said Yes it was still for sale. We agreed on a price and in awhile it will be in my garage.
Much thanks to Brad(Z06Centair) who called me and was able to tell me more about this car.
Since Winter will be here soon in PC,Utah it will be stored with some plans made over the Winter. I really want to keep it as is,dont plan to NCRS or anything like that. The windshield is very delaminated and the tires are ORIGINAL so I will replace both in the Spring.
I will be bothering everyone again to perform some self maintenance as it was suggested injectors and coil packs might be a good change out item?
I will post some pics in and out when it arrives along with its evil adversary a 2014 Dodge Viper GTS!!!!
