I find is quite the opposite. Just depends on the day or time of day. I think a lot of guys have gone over these things way too many times over the years that the hardest part is deciding to post yet again on the same topic I get so much help over there I just had to try and help when I saw this post !

Melting Slicks
Well, after dozens of Vettes, and 2 ZR-1s, then having most if not all of the mods ever desired finished years ago, except for Exhaust version 6.0,
having raced it,
having changed oil and fluids multiple times,
having shown it hundreds and hundreds of times,
having Top Flighted it both chapter and regional,
and having driven it thousands of miles,
having scratched it,
exactly what the hell am I supposed to do with it now other than waxing it and maintaining it?
Give me a list, and I will see what, if anything that you think I should be doing, appeals to me.
I am glad you fixed your problem, and your fix was rather ingenious, as I thought for sure a plenum pull was in your near future, but really what else do I need to freakin do?
In the meantime, I am headed back out to the garage..................
Now where the heck is that new Nano glove that I bought and the latest and greatest tire dressing.....................
and who moved my jack and wax?

"I could tell you, but then I would have to kill you"
Here you go:
this replaces claying the car, which removes all contaminants before polishing and waxing.
Then just
" wax on; wax off"
I must have watched too many movies!

In my best Tom Cruise voice....
