Looks like nice Vette for the price.

Looks really clean and original, including the wheels, tires and exhaust. Would help to know the owner and maintenance history. I'll guess that they are negotiable on the price.
Looks just like mine except for the wheels

Did another look and I can't see the 24 Hour Record sticker on the rear hatch window.

Looks like a nice car. If the Carfax is correct they have been trying to sell it for about a year and a half. Might be a good deal for someone.

Yeah, I saw that too... a little weird. Maybe someone local can check it out to know for sure if it is worth buying.

I would venture a guess that they took it off when tinting the glass.

I think someone here has checked that car out. Maybe they'll see this and chime in. You may try a search.

Good Luck

Look harder lol

The registry has some info on this car.
http://zr1.net/forum/archive/index.php/t-23274.html
Looks like there is some wear on the interior and there is a crack in the hood.

Clutch master/slave seems to be a common repair and I've changed them out before, but replacing a new clutch at that mileage? A different dealer did the work so maybe it was done to get more money, who knows. The goodyear gsc tires are not original to that year car, but still old and should be changed out if it's going to be driven alot (stopped making gsc's around 1999 or 2000 somewhere around there?)

Doesn't look like a well kept example. The cracked hood is the biggest issue in my mind. The seats may be expensive to fix, but I don't know enough about the C4 or ZR-1 specifically to tell. Not worth pursuing for me at this time... Thanks for all the help.

looks fair to me, id ask for them to come down in price for the cost of the hood repair, if it is necessary, other than that it looks good for its age. Assuming the mechanicals are on par with a 25,000 mile car, the price isn't bad. Those seats aren't that bad, pretty good imo.

Sure wonder why they wont post any pics under the hood, after all that is the hart of the beast and tells allot about how well it was taken care of.

I sent an email inquiring about the car a few days ago and haven't heard anything back. I guess that they must like it sitting on their lot for months and months.

I talked with a sales person on this car a couple of weeks ago (started a thread on zr1.net). This person did not have a lot background to share on the car and got the impression sales staff not investing much time into the car since it has been there so long. Since I am first time ZR-1 buyer and not local was not comfortable investing the time to check it out. Several of the WAZOO folks offered to help including dredgeman who has already seen the car once as posted on these threads.

Thanks. I am also no local, so my conclusion mirrors yours. There are other examples priced competitively with better history and in better condition, with equally low miles.
