I actually ordered this car--first time doing this!

My ZR is still faster, but OH the refinement, technology & handling (!).

A lot of you know I'm a track/AutoX rat & I'll almost guarantee this car will school a C6Z around a roadcourse & will be finding out soon (running the full 24hr course 2 Daytona in May). I went w/ the Z51 over the Z06, because the new Z is not legal in the SCCA class I want to compete in. It's a nice consolation...

Hi George!
Congrats on the new Stingray! It's a beauty.... We must be thinking alike!

Had a bit of an incident with our 2013 Grand Sport, so ordered a 2015 3LT Z51 a couple of weeks ago. My first time to ever special order a new one.

The LPE Aerobody 415 has a permanent spot & still delivers that special brand of enjoyment.

Thx, Jerry--I know you're going to love it. It's a quantum leap over the C5/C6 cars.

Speaking of... Gizmo, I had an '06 & '08 C6Zs (and 3 C5Zs), so I speak from some experience on my prediction--I should have qualified my statement ;-)

Funny how some of my old ZR-1 friends (George, Frank, Steve & Clint) are still on here--lurking like me these days... lol

And don't worry fellas--the old ZR Warhorse will always have a place in my garage. Going on 21 years w/ it--seems like yesterday when I first got it (I was only 30!)...

Thx for all the kind words, guys--I love the blue, as well. How 'bout them yellow calipers! lol

I actually like the yellow calipers over the traditional red on that blue! I've been planning to do yellow calipers on my AB Z when I do a BBK later this year. Yellow seems to blend more with a bright blue. Congrats by the way!

LOL! This one needs to stay stock for my SCCA duties, Dwight. Besides, I must be getting old--modding cars is becoming less & less important to me. Hopefully it's because they're getting so good from the factory? lol

The big 5-0 in a few weeks for me...

George sweet ride, when are you going to attend the Gathering again? I haven't seen you there in years.

Congrats on the new toy!, I'm with you on modding cars. I got kinda tired of it too.

Sold the TT Viper, and got me this:

Julio!!! You dawg!!! Nicely done bro! Love it! I picked up a bone stock 9000 mile GT3 last summer - except for the heim joints, headers, aftermarket cats, world challenge exhaust and stand alone tuner! Lol. All mods done before I bought it - car sounds like pure sex! 9000 rpms baby!!!

George!!!! Big 50? Dude - you don't look a day over 35! Keep that loud pedal to the metal!!!
