interesting the boxster transaxle handles that power. Due to light weight of the car perhaps?
Wouldnt put cats back on it
If you want a corsa like note with some more authority do the dynomax ultraflow. The welded ones are a bit bassier the ovals less. Dont know if the 20" case will fit perhaps they have shorter ones?
It will be the best exhaust note youve ever heard, straight through design

When I spoke with Marc last week, we decided to install a Corsa system he had pulled off of another car, this will get me the sound and power from the mods. Once I install the Carbon body panels I'll do a custom exhaust probably with electric cutouts and side exit behind the back tires, but that may be a little while before i get to it.

cool...if you go out the side Im betting you know about the flat/oval pipe you can get now for ground clearance do your cutout from your collector then transitions to oval. Just at thought. Looks like an ambitious project.

I'm excited! Spoke with Marc today picking up the Z this Friday afternoon, can't wait this will be my first ride / drive in a ZR1, with 510 HP & new gears it should feel strong.
If any of the FBI crowd are going to be around we will be staying the night in Addison and can meet up for dinner again. Had a blast visiting with you guys a few months ago when we dropped the car off.

We'll try putting something together for Friday evening. We could meet at Shoeless Joe's as we did last time. I'll give Marc a call also. Unfortunately, Paul and Jeff are not able to make it. I'm interested in hearing how u like ur 510.

Picked up the Z from Marc this afternoon, I was blown away, the engine looks and sounds amazing, the power is incredible!
Totally exceeded my expectations, could not be happier with the work. Just finished up dinner with Mark and a few of the FBI guys, enjoyed talking cars with Pizza and beer.

Yes the wheels are stock C6Z06, with a 3/4" spacer on the rear, needed them to clear the 6/4 piston C6Z06 brakes I'm about to install.

love the red. you should see the dragons blood
both colors really pop. Marc will treat you right and detail everything done to the car. no surprises.

His work was impeccable, now to make the rest of the car match the engine.
I've changed my direction on the car, I'm still changing out the interior to Red/Black Grand Sport style interior, I've already gathered all of the interior parts. Next will be gutting out interior and replacing everything with new or as new parts.
Then I plan to fix the rear quarter, and disassemble doors hood & bumpers for a repaint in matte Admiral Blue.
NT05's Drag Radials showed up today for the C6 Z06 Black Spyder wheels with C6 Z06 Calipers.
I think it will be a cool transformation and the red interior will help to highlight that beautiful motor!
Finishing up a couple other projects, then this one will be on the front burner, I plan on starting a new build thread to document everything.
