I would go with the 325-30-19,as stated 305 will be too narrow I believe.

There's less choices in an 18 inch tire,I think the only choice is a 335-18. I would have put an 18 inch wheel on the back of my car if I could have gottin a 325-18.

19 tires can start to ride rough. limited sidewall.

not that great for traction or handling either

I went with the 325 RA1 in back and 285 in front

I have another set of the 325s stashed and I intend to use them before they get old

i ordered tires today. They will arrive home before I do thanks to business trip. I should have them mounted and photos by the end of the month I'd imagine. Tire rack called to confirm my order since these sizes don't fit according to their computer.......

New shoes for my 91 ZR-1
best wife ever! She took wheels to tire shop for me and picked them up. I went 325/30 and 265/40 as suggested above. I wanted michelins but the current budget necessitated hankooks. I will post installed photos before the end of the month. You will all see, bronze burst was indeed a great choice for a blk/blk car.

those look great. I used Hankook tires on my wifes 325 BMW and was pretty happy with them. Not the ultimate stick, but good value and they performed well as an 8 10ths tire.

Interested to see what you think of them.

Sorry for my errors above, I run the Toyo RA 1 335s in back. They don't make them anymore but I have another set stashed for the summer and it's time to use them up before they get old!

For comparison
Bolted on tires and wheels today. I like them. Wife loves the new look. I'd have like a touch lighter shade of bronze. Here are some pics. More to follow next time car is clean.

Looks good. Just need to lower the car a smidgen.

edit: Just noticed you're in the D/FW metro. I'm coming down there to look at a 91 Z, tomorrow.

Agree that the car needs to be lowered a bit. Dave did his with the Shelby's and it looks great. He can give you pointers on best method.

Looks really good Anthony!

Looks good, but as said, needs to be lowered a bit. I will add that, while the Hankooks are fine tires, keep the Toyo R888's in mind if you ever switch. They are great.

Took the ZR-1 out to lunch today. Front is great but the rear is way too high. I have two fingers clearance in front, 3 in driver's rear and almost 4 in passenger rear.
