Default WTB rebuilt clutch master cylinder

I'm looking for rebuild clutch master cylinder. Email to scottgentry28@gmail.com and thanks! I posted this in the want adds but I figured since its a ZR1 specific part I'd post here too. Thanks

It's not a Z specific part.

You're correct. The slave is the Z specific part not the master

Thanks

I don't think either one are specific for a Z. There is somebody that rebuilds these,I'm sure somebody will stop with the info.

If not, the cast iron replacement from O'Reilly's or any other FNAPS works well for $50.

Dorman master/slaves are cast iron; Rock Auto:

CM39763
CS360017

Marc Haibeck told me he's installed them in cars that have been running them for over 5 years now w/o issues. That said, the box says "Made in China".

Mine is a ZR-1, but it is a Veleo (sp?) clutch - same as on the base Vettes. I'd think they would also fit, but might check w/ Rock Auto, just to be sure. But, if there is a different part number, do post it here.

Just my .02. Send yours to Jim and have him redo it.

I have a replacement master and slave and while it works just fine the "feel" is definitely different.

Jim does a great job, and quality on some of the rebuilds is suspect.

Haibeck did a master slave for me and the slave lasted 3 years.

Jim's stuff I haven't heard any failures or issues.
