Alright, after much thought and consideration I need to change directions with a few things. I've spent several hundered hours in this car and some money in it as well, but I've got other things I need to take care of. I'm keeping the ZR-1, but the race car needs to go.
I will provide support for this vehicle for whomever buys it for 6 months. New lexan windshield will be installed before it ships as well as the accusump, oil cooler and Melrose headers.
This is a preliminary list of what all is done to it.

Melting Slicks
Did Alan Blaine do some of the fab work on this car? That rear spoiler and body work look very familiar.
And, also, out of curiosity, what is the asking price?
edit: Ah, yeah, you actually said that in your post. Reading really helps....

I've spent some seat time in this car when it was still set up for Open Road Racing, and in the hands of the previous owner.
It was a decent car then, it looks incredible now, great job, good luck with the sale, pity you're letting it go!
take it easy,
-jeff

Some shots of the interior cage. These are old, but the Kirkey seat is still there, no passenger seat.
Motor before it went in and before the fast intake and fuel rails.

Burning Brakes
Jeff, do you have any dyno results? How many hours on the engine? You stated that you would support this car for 6 months, What type of support does this car require/need? Does this engine run on 93 octane pump gas?
Cruise control?
Thanks
Mark

Didn't see the update, damn forum software.
It runs on pump gas, the engine was a low mile used engine, had close to 25k on it when the car was totaled. The engine and trans came from the same car. Since it has been running, it has about 30 hours of run time. I've driven this car home from the shop and a few small errands. Got lots of stares when I pull out onto the street.
I still need to finalize the dyno runs and get it fully optimized. I suspect to see around 410 rwhp. I need to hit the scales as well to get a weight. I wanted to dump the windshield and rear hatch for lexan and CF hood to get the weight way down.
Currently it still has the headlights. Those were going to be removed and just leave the headlight covers there if I was going to keep running with this hood. Otherwise the race CF hood will not have headlight cutouts.
The fuel tank is still the stock unit, which is ok for NASA and SCCA.
As far as support, it would mainly be parts, my knowledge o nhow the car was built, and if the person is local I could help dial the car in at the track for their preferences on alignment and suspension setup.
I'm going to get started on the oil cooler and dry sump set up here in a couple of weeks.
