Run a carfax...there are also vin inquiries online you can pay for...easy...

Thank you. I ran a Carfax and a couple other VIN checks and found the car is titled and registered in PA.

Any specific area of PA? I used to work for PD...I would run it if I could. My friend may be able to. Doing an query for it for these purposes isn't technically....within the guidelines though.

The car was registered through the Lebanon DMV office. The title number is 41908205.

I wouldn't want anyone to get in trouble. The car was my fathers and I simply want to try to contact the owner to see if he or she would be interested in selling it.
