Already have springs coded NYR 39.9 n/mm and RHZ 26 n/mm. Looking for the 57.2 n/mm spring coded NYU.

Wheres the code on the spring? I have a rear spring from a 95 that i'm looking to sell but I don't see any ID on it.

Mike - if it's a GM spring it should have 3/8" tall letters. Sometimes in a circle actually "tattooed" into the spring. It would be obvious.

If an after-market there's no telling how it's marked.

Ah OK, there it is, (Thanks Dave!) This one is NYR 3.

Right, it's on the underside of one side of the spring, as below. This one happens to be RHZ (148 in/lbs I think) which is a soft spring. NYR is very common it seems.
