1987 Corvette coupe, 29,000 original miles. Still on the original Gatorbacks!

History: this car has been owned by one Corvette enthusiast owner almost since new. It was originally given to a GM executive, and then bought one year later by a GM employee who worked at the GM proving grounds. (At the time there was a program to give GM cars to GM executives, and to then, after they had owned the cars for a year, to allow other GM employees to buy the cars.) He kept the car until I bought it about a year ago, and I am selling it only to make room for another Corvette. The car is completely original, just as it was in 1987, and it even has its original tires.
Condition: the best way to describe this car is to say that it looks like a very well maintained 1-year old car. The paint is just like new, and if there are stone chips or any scratches, I have not seen them yet. The interior is also excellent. The only negatives is that there is a little wear to the leather of the steering wheel (see photo) and to the side bolster of the driver's seat. Also, the floor mat is dirty, and there are some scratches to the driver's side interior sill. None of these defects are that bad, but they detract from what would otherwise be a showroom-condition interior. Everything works, the AC blows cold, and the car drives beautifully.

Thank you! I am only selling it because I was interested in a C4 Callaway coupe, but I haven't had any interest in the ads for my car, so it looks like I'll keep it! It's too bad the C4 is so unloved. My '03 Z06 is a great car to drive, but the C4 is so much prettier.
