I have decided to part with my '85 Z-51. Overall condition is just beautiful. It's all original except one repaint somewhere along the line. The paint is excellent. 66,500 miles. Runs strong and very reliable. She looks just as good in person as the pictures show. Asking $8800 but will certainly negotiate with a serious buyer.

I will attempt to list every notable flaw in the car:

• Will need tires soon but I still drive to the lake every weekend (hour each way) with no problems.

• Wheels have some discoloration and curb rash. They are about 6/10.

• I was told when I had it inspected that the left side valve cover was leaking slightly. It uses no oil and it must be very slight.

• Window sweeps are dried out and cracked. Also drivers door panel is a little loose on the aft end.

• A/C is ice cold (converted to 134) but air is blowing out of all the vents at the same time.

All in all just a great example of a C4 ready to enjoy. When not being driven it is garaged and covered. Feel free to text or call. Car is located in Napoleon, OH 43545. 419-966-2230

Thanks Bob for the bump. I have dropped the price to $7995 and listed it on Craigslist.

I have had absolutely no interest in the car which surprises me. Oh well if it doesn't sell I will store it and keep enjoying her.

I can't tell you how many times I have seen guys buy the "bargain" for $4000 and end up with $8000 and a bunch of knuckle skin in a half finished car. It kills me.
