Awesome! to help the Z community out could we hear what it fetched?

Passed on a 90 locally with a few hunred miles on it, 25k.
Had just bought mine a few mos prior
Needed about 5k to get "right" but would have daily driven that thing into the ground

He was emphatic that we roll it with the key off so it would not hi 18 miles
That is plain insanity seriously!!!! Like one mile would-
There are SO many Zs with under 1000 mi just drive the damn thing

$25K for a '90 with a few hundred miles is a great price. See my post #15 above. Maybe the CA smog laws have something to do with that price.

As far as your comments about garage queens, AMEN !

As stated these cars with no miles are out, this is the first Id heard of the 17 mile car being judged. The ECMs can be rebuilt from what I understand.

Yup. That was a handful of yrs ago
Had just bought my 90...found it a week later figures lol.
It was the real deal black/grey other than dusty just what youd expect.

With new cars being throwaways and overpriced say you had 30 into a like new car thats a bargain...plus at a apoint mileage may not matter much long as it has that emblem. Look at how many restored L88s, Z/28s have god know how many miles, even roaches still get the $.
Believe the Z will see something similar one day. Just slow as the motor freaks people out. Would not hesitate to DD a Z, those motors are too reliable. Present owner of mine has at least 180k baked the motor many times, still sound as anything. amazing.

Being the first generation ZR1s should help one day on the value.....Like I mentioned one time before, these cars I feel were way overpriced, 60-65 thousand when they came out..

If they were priced maybe twenty grand cheaper than the prices right now maybe wouldn't look too bad ....Maybe...

I was 22 when they came out that was a TON of money then.

Never saw one on the streets, saw 2 at Pomona Swap meet back then from guys flipping them for well over 6 figures.

Feedback was looked like a Vette but still a mystery lots of interesting comments. Car just never caught on, rich mans game back then.
Stats back then were huge, it was hard to get most cars into the 13s let alone one that idled like a kitten.
