Car looks good and the price seems more than fair. I'd be a serious buyer if I didn't have my eyes on another color.
GLWS! My only suggestion is possibly putting up more exterior photos to get a better look at the color. (I didn't' see more on the eBay listing)

Or do what I do in NY....All my cars are built for maximum performance and could care less about emissions...
Get a good high performance mechanic who knows his way around emissions and he'll push your car through...
I been to many rallies where there is no way some of these cars pass inspection, yet, you see a valid sticker..Its who they know....
