Beautiful car!
I still have the issue of Corvette Fever that your car was in. I remember that this car was "hidden" under a tarp at the selling dealership so that a salesman working there would be able to purchase it for himself. Police located the car by using the aftermarket tracking device. What a story!
Best of luck in your sale.

Copper Convertible for sale
Thanks and I am open to reasonable offers. Again it has passed the NCRS Chapter, Regional and Nationals all above 97%, passed the PV the first time, not much more needs to be said. She needs a new home where she can be enjoyed.

Guys, Let's not drag down the sellers ad with your opinions / thoughts / feelings on how he has priced his vehicle. The seller (as is the case with ALL of you) can ask whatever that seller has determined is the price they want for their car. It is NOT your place to tell the seller that you "feel" his price isn't what you "think" it should be...regardless of what you base your opinions on.
The market and willing buyers will determine if his car (or any car for that matter) is priced "right". Period.
Please keep your "opinions" and "thoughts" and "feelings" on this matter to yourselves and let the seller carry on with his sale.

Interference in a For Sale thread
If you don’t like the price or item being offered in for sale thread, take it to e-mail or PMs. Better still, just move on to a thread that is offering something you like the price on.
If you post a criticism of the price or the quality of the item being offered, you will be in violation of Forum rules and subject to sanctions.
If you post your own for sale items to the for sale thread started by someone else, you also are in violation of Forum rules. Start your own thread, rather than jumping into the thread of someone else.
If your contribution to a for sale thread does not advance the sale, you are in the way.

To the potential buyer of this car, I wanted to add a little color to what the selling is saying about the PV award through NCRS. That means that everything on the car not only WORKS, but works as engineered by Chevrolet. The PV test is around 150 line items long, and every line item is pass / fail. If one line item fails (like the cigarette lighter, or the visor mirror light, or the trunk release), the owner gets 15 minutes to fix it. If they do, they move on. If it fails a SECOND line, the WHOLE CAR FAILS.
Because this car passed the first time out, that means it was well prepared for the test. Further, it means that everything works. Meaning, it brakes in a straight line, the power steering pump doesn't squeal, the radio doesn't have any static, etc.
I haven't seen the car being sold here, but that is what that PV award means. It is the hardest test in NCRS. The average number of attempts needed to pass is around 3. This car passed it the first time.
To the owner, good luck with the sale. Gorgeous car, I hope it goes to a good home.
