1989 coupe for sale drastic price reduction!!!
1989 Corvette for sale
This beautiful 1989 has had a complete build up including engine, trans, interior, paint, and rear end gears. This car began as a stock 350 cu. In. with 68k miles on the chassis. I began a complete rebuild and restoration with Carolina Machine engines building me a 383 stroker balanced and blueprinted. The build included a comp’s hydraulic roller cam, AFR 195 heads, hedman headers, Corsa Exhaust, lingenfelter super ram, a rebuilt and beefed up 700R4 trans with a 2800 stall torque converter, and 355 positraction rear gears. A new aluminum 3 row radiator and both oil and transmission cooler were added. The A/C was totally replaced. A programmable computer was installed with a pig tail for access to a lap top, and the car was tuned locally by a Vette programming specialist on the dyno.
New calipers were installed and also a new oem steering rack. The interior was totally replaced with
new carpeting and leather seats. The “bread box” dash was replaced with an aftermarket flatter panel
and the steering wheel was replaced with a combination wood and leather wheel. New KYB shocks front and rear were added and the rear tires are Toyo Proxis 4 and the fronts are Continental.
The car runs beautifully and is really fast as well as being a real sleeper on the street. I made one trip to the ¼ mile track last year and turned a 12.03 @ 118 mph at West Palm Beach Racetrack with about 400 plus h.p to the rear wheels. The car has always been garage kept and is now at 75K miles with all systems working perfectly.
I have about $35,000 invested in this beauty and it kills me to sell it, but I have upcoming moving expenses and unfortunately, my favorite toy has to go to help cover the cost of the move. There are some spare parts included with the car, and include a pair of Mickey Thompson street radials mounted on custom aluminum wheels.
Dropped asking price down from $16,500!!! Selling price is a true bargain at $9000 OBO.
I can be contacted at: 786-348-6369 (in Miami, Fl.) or e-mail: stevefischer2@bellsouth.net

Unfortunately, I can't wait any longer for car to sell at asking price. I am about to move and need the car to sell ASAP! I will let the car go at $9000!!! A drop of $6K from asking price! With over $30+k invested, this is now a steal at $9K. The car runs beautifully and is very fast. Any questions please contact me at my e-mail: stevefischer2@bellsouth.net

Wow! I can't believe no one has responded to this car yet!! Especially at the new price. I can promise you that if it wasn't that I needed the cash so badly, I would have never offered it for sale. It's fast as it is good looking and I wouldn't hesitate to go coast to coast in it. Someone please grab this super deal.

Market is really tough right now. I normally wouldn't recommend ebay for this car (bc of the market) but post it. It should sell w/ such a big price drop. You might get more $
You should also post more photos. GLWS

1989 spectactular Corvette Custom coupe
The fish smell was overwhelming as I have sold a car or two before through pay pal and they NEVER hold back deposited money or ask to have a money gram paid out of my pocket, before they would actually deposit the funds into my bank.
Sure enough, it was a scam, and had I actually bought a $950 money gram and sent it to the imaginary car hauler, I would have been out $950 and had no sale. I reported them to Pay pal, but I doubt they will ever catch them.
Be careful selling ANYTHING on line as these scam artists are everywhere!

Thanks for the tip. I did put it up on e-bay and got a quick response. Unfortunately it was a scam artist. She said she wanted to buy the car for her son as a surprise, and said she would pay through Pay pal. The next thing I see is an e-mail with real looking Pay Pal logo, etc., telling me that the money had indeed been paid, and an additionall $950 was included for me to pay the auto hauler when he came to pick up the car. They wanted me to send a $950 Money Gram to some ficticious car hauler (out of my pocket, not out of the pay pal money they supposedly were holding) and then e-mail a copy of the receipt BEFORE they would release all the money into my bank account.
