96 LT4 6spd Black on Black
SOLDAfter a lot of debating with myself have decided to sale my 96 Coupe with LT4 and 6spd trans. I purchased the car from another forum member back in 2013. I planned to have the car as a backup to my 91 racr and as a cruiser for weekends and etc. I purchased the car with 127,481 miles and it now has 131,432. So you can see how much it gets driven
I purchased the car in July 2013 after my 91 spun the bottom end and autox'd it some for the rest of the season, OCT. On the last run, I spun the bearings in the bottom end due to oil starvation. So I purchased a rebuilt engine and had my heads recon'd and installed a LT4 Hot Cam along with Canton Road Race Pan and Melling Pump and ATI Damper. The rebuild was completed Jan 2014 at 128,424 miles. After built I had it dyno tuned at Cincy Speed and it put down 328rwhp and 340rwtrq.
Here is a list of options the car has;
LT4 Engine, Bosh III Injectors, AFCO 2 row radiator, American Racing Stainless LT Headers, Magnaflow High Flow Cats, Corsa Stainless Rear Exhaust Section, 6spd trans with Hurst Shifter, 3.45 Dana 44 Rear, Z51 GrandSport Spring Rates, 30mm Front, 26mm Rear Sway Bar, Lowered 1.5", Quick Ratio Steering Rack, Koni Yellow Sport Adjustable Shocks, 17" A-Mold (zr-1) Wheels (17x9.5 front and 17x11 rear) Nitto NT555 Tires with @ 3,000 miles on them, J55 (13" Front Brakes) 12" rear brakes, Hawk HP Plus Pads with @ 500miles on them, Interior is very clean with Pioneer AVIC-Z3 Navigation/DVD Player and Boston Acoustic Speakers, Car was repainted original black in 2010 very glossy. The car runs great, handles great, brakes great. This car is a streetable car. It has a street alignment, not an Autox alignment.
Following are the issues with the car;
There are a couple blemishes in the paint. I will point them out for purchaser just so they know. A/C works great, but makes a growling noise at 2000rpm to 2200 rpm. The emergency brake handle needs to be replaced because the release button on the handle broke.
MAKE OFFER
Asking Price for the car will be $7,950. Please PM me and I will get back as quick as I can.

Got the 96 out of the garage this afternoon and took for a drive. It seems the power steering leak is taken care of now. I used thread sealer the last time I disconnected and reconnected and that seems to have fixed the issue. I also took a few picts of the paint blemishes that are close up so they can be seen. Please notice in the picts that besides these blemishes the paint is a black mirror.
