When you sell it, I recommend you get the Connecticut bill of sale form and fill it out completely and follow the instructions on it. This adds much credence to the sale when going to another state.
Otherwise, the other states sometimes look at them funny since there is no title and you could be making it all up with a homemade bill of sale.

To most, anything without a title is little more than a parts car.
You might have an easier time selling it if you took the necessary steps to get a title.....or go ahead, start dismantling it and selling the parts.

I think it a very fixable car. Someone will be able to restore it to driveability.
Seems a waste to part it out....
I'd just park it, and make it into an autocross car when your finances are better.

A title can be easily acquired for the car, just not spending the money for it to be inspected and go through the headache of dealing with the DMV. Doesn't require a title where I live to be registered and insured, not sure about every other state.
The car would be a great daily driver, all it really needs is tires and small other things. Can't believe this car hasn't sold yet. Not interested in autocross nor do I have the room to store this car where I am.

Congratulations.
Well then, there are millions of cars that are nothing but parts cars according to you. Unbeknownst to you, obviously, some states do not title cars, so there is no title. And several do not title cars before a certain date or after a certain age. Connecticut didn't title old ones, so lack of a title simply means it falls into that category. They sell with a bill of sale and sometimes a copy of the last registration.
It doesn't mean it is junk or worthless.
