When you say bill of sale, does that mean it does not come with a title?

No title, but one can be made through the DMV. The car can be registered and insured in the state of connecticut (it's over 25 years old so no title required) not sure what other state's require, but you can get a title for the car if needed.

I believe Arkansas is the same way when it comes to old cars and titles. Interesting how some states work compared to others!

You can get a title for this car, I just haven't done it since I don't really need one this car has more potential then a parts car, but i'd sell it as one since it does have to go before winter.

So am I honestly, it'd be a good beater or go kart if someone wanted to make it one. Hopefully it sells soon, was supposed to be sold saturday but the guy said he'd call me and never did. Had three other guys offer me 1,000 and I just won't go that low. Car's worth 1,800. People buy rollers for 2,000 or non running vettes for that much!

When you sell it, I recommend you get the Connecticut bill of sale form and fill it out completely and follow the instructions on it. This adds much credence to the sale when going to another state.

Otherwise, the other states sometimes look at them funny since there is no title and you could be making it all up with a homemade bill of sale.
