I'm moderately interested in buying a (preferably) 1990 and newer Corvette 6 speed coupe from someone in the Northwest Indiana/Chicago area. I'll look at most any year tbh, but it needs to be a 6 speed. My budget is around $5k, if I can turn around and sell my 1988 Firebird Formula. Thanks.

If you can bump up that budget 1-2k more you won't regret it, don't cheap out on these cars!

He's right. I paid nearly 9 for my 96 6-Speed and it's still got its fare share of problems.
