Where are you located? If you don't find a manual car I have a 95 auto I'm guessing it would not be too difficult to convert to a 6. Or keep the 4l60e that's controlled by a MSD trans controller. Trans has a kit and shifts hard if you are planning on racing it. It's a black convert with hard top, auto power roll bar, D44 w/3.73 gears, Precision Industries t/converter (if you use the auto trans) no motor, Nitto drags on the rear. +++ If you are not too far, I can help getting it to you.

there is a parts car on San Antonio CL for $1200 IIRC. Has the trans, D44 etc, all there except the engine. Unfortunately I am not in a position right now due to shoulder surgery to go get it, so I am letting you know it was there. That car, plus an automatic car that you could sell the engine out of would achieve what you are wanting.
