Been asked that before and do not know the answer. I baught the car last summer and quickly determined it was way more than I or the wife needed.

I have original dyno sheets from 1991 but they give no real specifics.

Here is some data from the motor work:

350 4-bolt main stroked to 383 ci
bored .030 over w/400 crank specs: 3.75 stroke
cam (288/288, hr12, hyd. roller)
850 holley carb
lingenfelter headers (1 3/4")
k&n induction
adjustable fuel pressure regulator
custom chip
412 hp @5400 rpm/435.2 ft.-lbs. @4800

All this info is taken from data sheets I received with the vehicle. I am not real engine savy. I have had some of the best local mechanics go through this vehicle and they are all extreemly impressed.

Running a Holley on a 91 is a pretty big modification, meaning that the car is illegal to run on any public road in the US (violates federal emissions law), so you should understand why people will need more details, even if you're not savy... :D

The car is 100% street legal. One of the most respected local mechanics has gone through this car and stickered it. This is the same mechanic that works on the public safty vehicles.

I have all documents and receipts. Anyone with SERIOUS interest can e-mail me and I will do my best to answer questions. Every mechanic and/or car inthusiast that has looked at this car has been extreemly impressed with the quality of workmenship in the motor and it's A1 condition. I have no doubts someone will be getting one beautiful vette. I just thaught I'd offer her up to forum members before she goes local this spring. :flag :flag

Nice looking car!

I don't know how to tell you this but there is not an 850 holley carb on your engine. Your engine is fuel injected and the intake in your pictures verifies this- it's not possible or necessary to have a carberatur and fuel injectors on the engine at the same time. I'm not trying to give you a hard time but someone told you wrong about your engine's specs.

Its also got the older style heads.. Maybe this was a 383 package that someone pulled the carb& intake off of and put the TPI on?

Nice car, really but I think you recieved the wrong info. I would get that car re-dynoed because I find it hard to believe that your making 412hp at 5400rpm with a 383 and a stock TPI. I'm sure someone will agree with me.

Guess it really doesn't matter. With all these questionable comments regarding this car it is very unlikely it would sell on this site anyways. Thanks for the help. I have been 100% honest about everything.
