1998 Vert w/23000 Miles FS or Trade for C2
SOLD
Thanks Joe. You and your boys enjoy!!
I am getting ready to put her away for the winter.
Price reduced to $21000.
I am currently thinking about selling me 1998 C5 Convertible.
23000 miles on the clock.
I purchased the car from a local chevy dealership where it was the owners personal car.
All of the GM service updates have been preformed. Car has always been garaged and under a cover. I installed 2001 Vette 5 spoke GM wheels and new tires on it 2000 miles ago. A blackwing intake was installed last year.
The car is loaded for a 98 with the only option not installed is the 10 disk changer. It is an automatic transmission.
The color is pewter with a black top and black sports interior.
I am trying to purchase a C2 roadster. If you have a project or a project / driver that you want to consider in trade let me know. I could come up with cash difference if needed. It’s been a great car but I am getting an itch for a mid-year.
If I were to sell it outright the price will be $21000. (reduced)
Please leave a PM or email me at pets@avalon.net.
Thanks

Funny you should say that. I bought a house for my daughter to live during college. It has a detached 2 car garage! I keep the 98 vert and my 1 owner 67 Camaro parked there. The C3's stay at home where I can visit them.

I'd keep those garage doors shut or vettes covered - a friend of mine has a black '63 convertible. Too many people saw it in the garage. About 20 years ago when it was stored in his mother's garage, someone in the middle of the night broke open the garage door, attached a couple of chains, and tried to drag it up on a flatbed right in the driveway. It was gravel driveway and it slid fast and didn't make a lot of noise. They almost got away with it - they ended up leaving the chains attached and getting away in the wrecker. They just needed another 30 seconds. It reminds me of the movie "Gone In 60 Seconds."
Okay, I'll go back to minding my own business now.
