Feeler: 02 Z06 HPDE/Street Car
2002 Z06 “HPDE” Car
02 Z06 setup as a HPDE car. Also is very well behaved on the street. Custom “vette essentials” interior, Pfadt chassis bar, 6 point Cam type RCI belts with stock belts as well, Brand new (never sat in) Corbeau FX1 Pro Micro Fiber seats, Fire Extinquisher, Interior pieces/carpet from the cargo area floor have been removed for the chassis bar installation. This way, if you want to go back to stock, all pieces are clean and have NOT been modified. DRM radiator/oil cooler plumbed with braided lines. DRM front brake ducts. Shift Light, Hurst Shifter, DRM Diff/Tranny coolers plumbed with braided lines.
Spec Stage 3 Clutch/PP and Fidanza flywheel and new throw-out bearing replaced. Clutch is a touch grabby when you first let it out. After it warms up, it’s perfect. LG G2 Coilovers, Hotchkiss sways with spherical rod ends. 18” CCW’s 11’s front, 12’s rear with 75% KDW2’s, 275x295’s. Track wheels are 4 18x10.5 knock-off rims in black with 8 Hoosier Koni Challenge tires in great condition(typically get 6 days out of each tire). 6 front rotors(4 are new). 4 sets of rear rotors. Calipers were new 2 years ago 6k miles. 6 sets of Carbotech Panther Plus pads in various wear states. Frt&Rear Hawk DTC60’s with ONE track day. Castrol SRF fluid. Breathless long tube headers, Borla exhaust. Varaham induction, P&P TB, P&P Heads, Thunder Racing Cam, Competition Cams dual valve springs, valve seals, titainium retainers, lifters, push rods, Manly timing chain, oil pump shimmed, head and top end gasket set, basically top end rebuilt 8k miles ago.
Car has working A/C and EVERYTHING works. No cels ever. EFILive tuned roughly 420whp~. Runs 40lbs of oil pressure at idle, 50+ at rpm. No noises, no knocks. NO cracks/damage on car. No rear noise. No transmission noise. All fluids are fresh 100 miles ago.(Redline in Diff, Royal Purple in Tranny and Mobil1 15-50w in engine.) 2 extra replacement axles. Front hubs new 2 years ago. Motor City High Rise vented hood with optional “CF” look. Stock hood comes with car..it’s in excellent condition as well. Car has 92k miles on it and again, runs rock solid. No shimmy’s, vibrations or issues of any kind. I tracked the car 5x’s last year and it was perfect and never let me down. Handles great, just needs a new driver!! Clean title, no accidents ever. I am 2nd owner. I’m most likely nuts for selling this but I want to go a different direction. Pics to follow....
