FS: '99 C5-Auto-124k miles-$12k [TX]
For Sale:
1999 Corvette Coupe, San Antonio, Texas
Arctic White/Light Oak interior
124,000 miles
$11,500 OBO, cash/cashier's check, title in hand
Car is being sold AS-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, subject to my purchase & sales agreement, which you may review before committing to anything.
The car has:
* B&B Route 66 Mufflers
* Hurricane Cold Air Intake
* Powdercoated Z06 Wheels (with some curb rash); Original wagon-wheels available for free if you want them.
* Dyno Tuned
* Nothing mechanical has been done to the motor or transmission.
* Car is routinely serviced. Tires are in great condition, and a thorough $600 service was recently performed.
* Heads-Up Display, Sport seats, BOSE speakers, CD Changer, Power seats, Telescoping steering wheel, Memory package, Removable roof panel (clear), and fog lamps.
The car's faults:
* Parking brake sticks, but isn't really tight. I've had it adjusted, but it's been tightened about as far as it will go. Some inspectors will pass it, some wont. It's currently out of inspection because of that, and I'm working/living in a city where I don't know a good car inspection shop.
* Windshield wiper fluid leak
* Crack in windshield
* Squeaky fan belt at times (usually just when exceptionally dry outside)
* Cool, but not cold, A/C (possible freon leak. blows good though)
* Some interior lights on Radio/AC are out, and lumbar on seat is out.
* Driver side, under-molding is dinged. Not really noticeable unless you're on the ground since it curves inward. I have photos of that.
If you would like any more information, or more photos, please PM me. This has been a great car for me. It has its faults, like any aging C5 has (or will have). But mechanically, the car has been superb and reliable.
Please PM if you want more info/photos. I have plenty more. Thanks.
