FS: 2002 Mag Red C5 Convertible
Hey Guys! I have decided to put my C5 up for sale. I love it but I've got an itch to take on another Corvette project. Here's the skinny.....
2002 C5 Convertible
Magnetic Red Metallic with Lt Oak Top and Interior
24K Miles, Mechanically sound and well maintained
Automatic transmission, Preferred Equipment Group 2
Dual Zone AC / Memory Package / Electrochromatic Mirrors
3.15 Performance Axle Ratio
Upgrades:
Lowered on Pfadt Coilovers; Fully adjustable for ride height and
stiffness. Installed by MTI in Atlanta.
C6Z51 Front and Rear Sway Bars, with HD Metal End Links
Baer Eradispeed 2 piece Rotors in C6Z51 sizes with NEW C6Z51
Calipers, Powdercoated Red by "Mike the Powdercoater"
Russell Stainless Steel Brake Lines with Hawk Ceramic pads
(Brake upgrade was performed in Fall of 2012)
Elite Engineering "Thermal Abs" Tunnel Plate
Halltech "Killer Bee" Cold Air Intake
GHL Stainless Steel Catback Exhaust
Fuel Rail Covers painted to match body color
Chrome C6Z06 Reproduction Rims...18x9.5F and 18x10.5R
Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3's, 265/35F and 295/35R (excellent tread)
New DiHard Platnium Battery
All oil changes performed using Mobil 1 5w30 and Mobil1 Filters
*She handles like a dream and rides nice and smooth*
Cosmetics:
Paint has a few flaws that come with the years..there is a small
scratch on front bumper beneath the license plate filler, a small
scratch on the back left corner bumper, both from previous owner.
There is a scuff/scratch on the bottom of the drivers door/rocker
panel from an incident with a floor jack (my fault
) The color
really pops, esp in the sunlight!
Interior is in Excellent shape! Lt oak leather seats (dual power)
show no cracks and are regularly treated. Very clean! Lloyd floor
mats with C5 logo in both front and rear hatch area. Carpeted
Hood insulator and Trunk lid liner, embroidered the C5 logo and
script. Oak top in great shape with NO leaks whatsoever. Top
does have evidence of where the previous owner scrubbed a stain.
Always garaged and covered since the day I bought her. Also
included with the sale are copies of the window sticker and build
sheet (from the NCM), VHS tape that came with the car from the
factory (never opened), also have the original factory air box and
FRC's and the cover.
Priced below book value at $23,000 OBO...Please, no low ballers.
