I might be interested.
My first question though is with a car this old and with those few miles...
What kind of condition are all of the fluid components line hoses, lines, etc in?
How often was the the car started and driven?
How about seals, gaskets, etc.
All moving parts in general that sit for a long time is a little concerning, especially considering the price.
You have any data on those points?

you would likely get your 25k on ebay in a few days. just set your terms to cash or wire transfer only
it's a given that the hoses, tires, fluids and other age related items have to be replaced. most people buying a car this old with mileage that low know this
it's only $100 to sell a car on ebay now and you get national exposure
